According to Sky Sports, Saudi Arabian club Al Ahly, a long-time admirer of Osimhen, has made the first move by offering Chelsea a four-year contract worth around £33.6 million (€40 million) per season, with a weekly wage of around £646,154, tax-free.

The deal also includes an exit clause. The former Lille and Wolfsburg striker is due to undergo a medical at Al Ahly on Friday before joining Napoli’s preferred transfer club.

Napoli have secured a replacement for Osimhen following the arrival of Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku for €30 million on Thursday.
